How do I reschedule?
Please send an email at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of cleaning.
What if my Bin Cleaning day is a Holiday?
Your scheduled date will be moved to the next trash pick-up date if your original scheduled date falls on a holiday.
What if I want to change plans?
That’s not a problem, simply email us or call –
What if I move?
If you move, we’ll either transfer your service to your new residence, or transfer it to the new occupants if that option isn’t viable.
What if I forget to put my Bins out or the trash service runs late?
We will text you rescheduling options if you forget to place your trash out or if trash service hasn’t been completed by 6:00pm
How will I know my Bins have been sanitized and cleaned?
In addition to your bins smelling and looking great, we’ll place a removable tape tag on the bin to indicate that they have been cleaned. You don’t even have to be around for the cleaning.
How will I remember my cleaning days?
A day before each clean-up day, we will send you a reminder via txt.
What days do you service?
We service on the same day as your trash and recycle pick up days.
